Our Policies

Your business is valued, and your cooperation is appreciated. We guarantee your appointment time and that time is set aside for you. Canceled or missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients.

All services, packages or gift cards purchased, booked and/or completed are final and non-refundable for any reason.

Services may be rebooked If requested before 24-hours of booked appointment time. Services may be exchanged for a service that is equal cost or less in cost IF requested before 24-hours of booked appointment time or within 24-hours of paid purchase. Services may be transferred for the booked appointment time.

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. If LESS THAN 24-hours notice is given or the guest is a “no show”, full payment for the session will be paid. Missed appointment fees are not eligible for direct billing or insurance compensation.

 

Covid Policy

An appointment may be canceled by either Embracing Wellness or the guest due to a positive COVID test, symptoms that are present, or a caregiver is attending to a child with COVID symptoms. COVID-19 cancellations due to symptoms or exposure are canceled without question, rebooking will require 14-days of negative testing.
