Roxy and Team

I’m so glad you’re here

At Embracing Wellness, our clients come first. You can expect a warm, relaxing environment where your needs are our top priority. With over 10 years of experience and advanced training, I tailor each session to address my client’s unique needs.

Many clients affectionately call me “Magic Hands” for my ability to find and alleviate pain and tension in the body. Rather than “fixing” anything, I see my role as listening to what your body communicates and gently guiding it toward release and balance. In addition to massage, I offer a variety of modalities, coaching services, workshops, and community events, intending to be at the forefront of wellness education and community building.

About My Journey

Now in my late 40s, I have devoted over 20 years to serving others in human services and community engagement roles. As someone with disabilities who has overcome adversity, I can relate to finding inner strength and abilities even amidst challenges.

My career began in 1989 in Arizona, where I worked in various civic service capacities. I have specialized in inclusion, relationship building, and empowering communities for the past two decades. Connecting with people through massage therapy has been a journey of self-healing and a privilege since I transitioned into this field in 2014.

Despite learning disabilities, I have built a warm, welcoming practice by following my calling to help others holistically. My hands and heart guide me in tailoring each session to provide a therapeutic experience. After 10 years of growing my practice and serving clients, I continue to learn advanced techniques to serve each client better.

I am honored that many clients travel from outside towns or over an hour away because they value the care and relief Embracing Wellness provides. Through my journey to wellness, I’ve found my calling in helping others find balance, ease, empowerment, and confidence. I look forward to continuing this meaningful work with you. Please contact me today to discuss how I can support your wellness journey. I would be delighted to meet you!
